How much does Tabflow cost?
Tabflow has three plans. Free is $0/month and includes invoicing and online payments. Starter is $10/month or $84/year (30% off) and adds AI proposals. Pro is $20/month or $168/year (30% off) and adds the AI meeting assistant, scope detection, and full client-level visibility. Payment processing is standard Stripe rates on every plan (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH) — Tabflow doesn't take a cut of your invoices. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every paid Tabflow plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Tabflow doesn't fit your workflow within the first 30 days, email us and we will refund your subscription in full.

What are the payment processing fees?
Tabflow uses Stripe for payments and passes Stripe's standard rates through directly: 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge, or 0.8% capped at $5 for US ACH transfers. International cards add 1.5%; currency conversion adds 1%. These rates are the same on every plan — Tabflow never takes a cut of your invoices.

Tabflow keeps you tax-ready year-round. It tracks expected vs received 1099s, organizes income and expenses in one place, and produces clean records you can hand to your CPA. Tabflow is not a tax filing service. It's an organization layer that removes the year-end scramble.
