Tabflow's AI assistant joins your Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams calls when you invite it. During the call, it transcribes the conversation and generates a structured summary that detects scope, pricing, and next steps. After the call, you can convert the meeting into a proposal or invoice with one click.

### Is Tabflow a bookkeeping or accounting tool?
No. Tabflow is a workflow system for running freelance client work, not a full bookkeeping platform. We track expenses, profitability, and 1099s at a level designed to keep you organized and tax-ready. For full bookkeeping, we integrate with the tools you already use rather than replace them.

Tabflow has three plans. Free is $0/month and includes invoicing and online payments. Starter is $10/month or $84/year (30% off) and adds AI proposals. Pro is $20/month or $168/year (30% off) and adds the AI meeting assistant, scope detection, and full client-level visibility. Payment processing is standard Stripe rates on every plan (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH) — Tabflow doesn't take a cut of your invoices. ### What are the payment processing fees?
Tabflow uses Stripe for payments and passes Stripe's standard rates through directly: 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge, or 0.8% capped at $5 for US ACH transfers. International cards add 1.5%; currency conversion adds 1%. These rates are the same on every plan — Tabflow never takes a cut of your invoices.

### Does Tabflow help with taxes?
Tabflow keeps you tax-ready year-round. It tracks expected vs received 1099s, organizes income and expenses in one place, and produces clean records you can hand to your CPA. Tabflow is not a tax filing service. It's an organization layer that removes the year-end scramble.

### Can I use Tabflow inside ChatGPT or Claude?
