What is Tabflow?
Tabflow helps independent professionals organize client work: proposals, invoices, payments, meetings, expenses, and 1099 tracking. Start with the task you need today. A meeting is not required to create a proposal or invoice.
How does meeting capture work?
Add the details of the client meeting you want Tabflow to capture. Review the transcript and structured notes, then use the useful details in your next action. Meeting capture requires a paid plan; Core includes 5 hours per month.
Is Tabflow a bookkeeping or accounting tool?
Tabflow helps organize client work and recorded income and expenses. It is not a full bookkeeping platform or a tax filing service. Review your records with your bookkeeper or tax preparer where needed.
How much does Tabflow cost?
Free is $0 for invoicing and 1099 tracking using recorded income, with no meetings. Core is $29/month and includes proposals, expenses, and 5 meeting hours per month. Pro is $49/month with 20 meeting hours; Studio is $99/month with 45 meeting hours. Annual charges are $290 for Core, $490 for Pro, and $990 for Studio. Paid plans require payment and have no trial. Payment-processing fees apply when clients pay online.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Your first subscription payment on any paid Tabflow plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, whether you choose monthly or annual billing. Email abdel@gotabflow.com within 30 days of that first payment to request a full refund of that payment.
Does Tabflow help with taxes?
Keep your 1099s together and compare them with client income recorded in Tabflow. Adding historical income from other systems isn't supported today. Expense records can help you review potential deductions; Tabflow does not determine final deductions or file taxes.
Do I need a meeting to get started?
No. Create an invoice or proposal without recording a meeting. Track expenses without creating an invoice first. Invoicing is available on Free; proposals and expense tracking require a paid plan.
