Expense tracking only works if it takes seconds. We redesigned the expenses table so scanning, filtering, and tagging spend to a client is faster, and the numbers you care about are easier to pull out at tax time.

We also standardized empty states across the app. When a section is empty, it now tells you what belongs there and how to add it, instead of showing you a blank screen.

Your Tabflow account sits in front of your Stripe payouts and client records. We tightened how it is protected.

Passwords now have stronger requirements, with plain guidance in the app so you know what makes one safe instead of guessing at rules. And every webhook from our meeting-bot provider is now cryptographically verified before we touch it, so meeting data can only enter Tabflow from the real source.

Your meetings list is where calls turn into work, so it should be fast to read. We redesigned the meetings table with clearer statuses and tighter layout, and simplified the dialogs around it.

The point of a meeting in Tabflow is what happens after it. The redesign keeps the next action close: open the notes, generate the proposal, send the invoice.

Before, you invited the Tabflow bot when the meeting started. Easy to forget with a client on the line.

Now you schedule it in advance. Book the call, point the bot at it, done. It joins on time, captures the conversation, and your structured notes with scope, pricing, and next steps are ready when you hang up. Rescheduling or canceling the call updates the bot too.

We also hardened transcript processing behind the scenes, so a flaky connection cannot produce duplicate or half-finished notes.

Tabflow handles your revenue, your clients, and your bank activity. Software like that should not ship with third-party session recorders watching how you use it.

We removed the Microsoft Clarity tracking script from the app entirely. No session replays, no heatmaps, no third party in the room while you work.

We launched a new home for Tabflow that reflects the full product. The previous site only described proposals, invoices, and payments. Tabflow now connects the whole client-work lifecycle, including the AI meeting assistant, expense tracking with client tagging, and 1099 organization.

We also built the new site to be discoverable by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. There’s an llms.txt at the root and structured data on every page.
